Houise is a free-to-play game. We do not charge any entry fees or require any purchases to play our games.

2. Withdrawal Cancellations

If you initiate a withdrawal request and wish to cancel it:

• Cancellation is possible within 30 minutes of the request
• Coins will be returned to your account immediately
• No fees are charged for cancellations

3. Failed Transactions

In case of failed withdrawal transactions:

• Coins will be automatically returned to your account
• You will be notified via email and in-app notification
• You can initiate a new withdrawal request immediately
